Since its foundation in 2004, AIdAF-Alberto Falck chair has focused its research efforts in the field of family business and entrepreneurship contributing to the publication of articles, books and case-studies and to the organisation of international conferences and workshops. In 2009 members of the AIdAF-Alberto Falck chair team have attented more than 40 events and published more than 25 works.

The AIdAF-Alberto Falck chair team is composed of researchers with international experience and a relevant curriculum of publications; some of them are usually members of the editorial review board of national/international leading journals like Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice and Family Business Review.

The AIdAF-Alberto Falck chair is member of IFERA (International Family Enterprise Research Academy) and of FBN (Family Business Network) and usually involved in a pletora of research projects promoted and/or financed by Bocconi, by italian institutions like MIUR (Ministry of Education, University and Research) or local Chambers of Commerce, or by private companies like Unicredit Group, Ernst & Young, London Stocks Exchange Group, Spencer Stuart a.s.o.
